Hello Parents and caregivers! I teach kids yoga in Northern Virginia.  Yoga has had a profoundly positive impact on our family.  My daughter and I started doing yoga together when she was one year old.  I love sharing yoga with families and I am excited about all the creative ways families can incorporate yoga into their daily routine.  Stay tuned for many opportunities in multiple locations.

A group for stay-at-home moms who live in the McLean/Arlington/Falls Church area to meet each other and plan fun activities and play dates and perhaps some mommy nights out.  Going to keep the group to about 20-25 people to keep things manageable and so that every one will know each other.

POCWSN = Parents of children with special needs I know many parents that are in need of support, even if it's just a shoulder to cry on. As a mom of a child with ASD and ADHD, I know the frustrations that arise on a daily basis. My goal is to find ways to support one another. I would like to establish play dates, coffee breaks, Parents night out and whatever any one else feels they need.
